Research and Manufacture of CNC Machining Centers
JYD has independently conducted research and design. There are a total of 9 units, among which 3 are five-axis linkage ones. It's a super-large CNC machining center with double gantries and four spindles. Double gantries + four spindles → The overall length of the machine body is 25 meters. It can process large parts with the size of 20×4.5×1.5 meters. After being put into use, the work efficiency will be increased by at least 4 times, the space will be saved by 150%, the manpower will be saved by 75%, and the energy consumption will be saved by 5%.
